Casike offers optional integration with Google services to enhance your business management experience. Our integrations include: **Gmail & Google Calendar Integration** When you connect your Google account for email and calendar: • Data We Access: Email messages and metadata (sender, recipient, subject, date), calendar events (title, time, attendees, meeting links), and your Google profile information (name, email address) • How We Use It: Display emails from CRM contacts in your Command Center, show upcoming meetings, enable sending emails and creating calendar events directly from Casike, and link conversations to your CRM contacts • Storage: We cache email metadata and calendar events in our secure database. We do NOT store the full content of your emails on our servers. **Google Analytics Integration** When you connect your Google Analytics (GA4) account: • Data We Access: Read-only access to your GA4 property data including traffic metrics, page views, user engagement, top pages, and traffic sources • How We Use It: Display marketing insights in your Marketing Intelligence dashboard, show website performance trends, and help you understand your audience • Storage: Analytics data is cached temporarily for performance. We only READ your analytics data (no write access). **Data Security (All Google Integrations):** • All Google OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption • Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for advertising • Each integration can be connected or disconnected independently **Your Control:** • You can disconnect any Google integration at any time from Settings • Disconnecting immediately revokes our access and deletes cached data • You can view and manage app permissions at myaccount.google.com/permissions **Google API Disclosure:** Casike's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
