If you are using Casike on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Casike is a business management platform designed to help entrepreneurs organize, track, and grow their businesses. Our services include: • Personalized business roadmaps and milestones • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools • Business metrics tracking • AI-Native business guidance • Invoice creation and management • Educational resources and partner recommendations We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

To use Casike, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account We use passwordless authentication (magic links) for security. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your account.

You agree not to: • Use the service for any illegal purpose • Violate any laws or regulations • Infringe on the rights of others • Upload malicious code or interfere with the service • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation • Use automated means to access the service without permission Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account.

The Casike platform, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology, is owned by Casike and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not: • Copy, modify, or distribute our platform • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code • Use our trademarks without written permission • Create derivative works based on our service The name "Casike," our logo, and associated branding are trademarks of Casike.

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to Casike (business data, contacts, notes, etc.). By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service. You are solely responsible for your content and represent that you have the right to share any information you upload. We do not claim ownership of your business data.

Casike offers optional integration with Google services (Gmail and Google Calendar). By connecting your Google account, you: **Grant Permission To:** • Read your emails and calendar events • Send emails on your behalf • Create, edit, and delete calendar events • Access your Google profile information **Acknowledge That:** • You are authorizing Casike to perform actions using your Google account • Emails sent through Casike will appear as sent from your Gmail account • Calendar events created through Casike will appear in your Google Calendar • You can revoke access at any time through Casike Settings or Google account permissions **Your Responsibilities:** • You are responsible for the content of emails sent through Casike • You must comply with Google's Terms of Service when using these integrations • You must ensure you have appropriate rights to share contact information linked to your Google data **Disconnection:** You may disconnect your Google account at any time. Upon disconnection, we will: • Immediately revoke our access to your Google account • Delete cached email and calendar data from our servers • Stop syncing any new data from your Google account

Casike offers both free and paid subscription plans. For paid plans: • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law • We may change our pricing with 30 days notice • Failure to pay may result in service suspension The free tier is provided "as is" and may have usage limitations. We reserve the right to modify free tier features at any time.

You may close your account at any time through the Settings page. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination: • Your right to use the service ceases immediately • We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period • You may request a data export before closing your account • Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

CASIKE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT: • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free • Results obtained from the service will be accurate • The service will meet your specific requirements Our AI assistant provides general guidance and should not be considered professional legal, financial, or business advice. Always consult qualified professionals for important business decisions.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CASIKE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities • Service interruptions • Unauthorized access to your data • Errors or omissions in content Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Casike, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from: • Your use of the service • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any third-party rights • Any content you upload or share through the service

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of [Your State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
